Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Private Enterprise «ROJIBOYOVA MADINABONU» (“we”) processes personal data of users of the acely service at getacely.com.

1. What we collect

Account data — your name, email, and avatar received from Google when you sign in.
Study content — essays you submit, speaking audio you record, tutor chat messages, and the feedback generated for them.
Usage data — counters of how many AI actions you use (for plan limits), basic technical logs, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
Payment data — order and transaction identifiers only. Card details are entered on the Payme payment page and never reach our servers.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: generate AI feedback on your submissions, enforce plan limits, deliver purchased access, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Processors we rely on

Google — sign-in (OAuth);
OpenAI — processes the text/audio you submit in order to generate feedback;
Payme (Inspired LLC) — payment processing;
Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare — hosting, databases, and storage of speaking audio.

These providers process data on our instructions and may be located outside Uzbekistan.

4. Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account — this permanently removes your profile, study content, and history. Payment records are retained as required by accounting law.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), access to production data is restricted, and secrets are stored outside the codebase. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry practices to protect your data.
