Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a public offer by Private Enterprise «ROJIBOYOVA MADINABONU» (the “Provider”, “we”), registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, addressed to any individual (the “User”, “you”) to use the acely service available at getacely.com on the terms below. By creating an account or making a payment you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.

1. The Service

acely is a digital education service for practicing English and preparing for the IELTS exam: AI feedback on writing and speaking, an AI tutor chat, mock tests, and study materials. The service is provided online (“as is”) via the website; nothing physical is delivered.

AI-generated band scores and feedback are practice estimates intended for self-study. They are not official IELTS results and are not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge English.

2. Plans and prices

Paid access is sold as a one-time purchase of a 30-day plan. Prices include all applicable taxes:

  • Pro — 49,000 UZS for 30 days (monthly limits: 30 essay scorings, 30 speaking attempts, 5 mock tests, 600 tutor messages);
  • Max — 99,000 UZS for 30 days (120 essay scorings, 120 speaking attempts, 20 mock tests, 2,500 tutor messages).

Every plan uses the same AI quality — plans differ only in monthly limits. New users receive a free 7-day trial; no payment details are required for the trial.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by the Payme payment system (Inspired LLC) in Uzbek soums. Each purchase is a single one-time payment: we do not store your card details and we never charge your card automatically. Access to the purchased plan is granted instantly after the payment is confirmed; if you already have active days remaining, the new 30 days are added on top.

4. Refunds

If you have used no more than 10% of the plan’s monthly limits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. Otherwise contact us and we will review the request in good faith (a partial refund may be offered at the Provider’s discretion). Approved refunds are returned to the same card via Payme within 10 business days, and the corresponding access is revoked.

5. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, use the service only for personal, lawful study purposes, and not to resell access, abuse the AI features, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Liability

The service is provided without warranties of achieving any specific exam result. The Provider’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount of your most recent purchase. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (hosting, payment system, AI providers) beyond our reasonable control.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and plan prices; changes take effect upon publication on this page and do not affect already-purchased periods. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
